Every corporation which incorporates, qualifies or otherwise acquires a taxable status in New Jersey must file a Corporation Business Tax return, Form CBT-100.
Small Business Workshops are half-day seminars that are designed to assist the small business owner in meeting their responsibilities under New Jersey tax law. These seminars are provided by the Division of Taxation at no cost to the participants and are presented at locations throughout the state.
New Jersey's Voluntary Disclosure Program is a means for Taxpayers, who upon realizing that their activity creates nexus for New Jersey state tax purposes, to come forward and file the appropriate tax return(s) and registration materials.
Program begins in April and runs through June 10, 2002.
