AICPA's professional literature on CD-ROM for colleges and universities includes AICPA Professional Standards, Technical Practice Aids and Audit and Accounting Guides. Knowledge comes a lot cheaper for academics: it's $395 per title for unlimited use.

Prepared in 1996 and modified in 1999 by the AICPA Tax Division’s Tax Education Committee. Consists of course syllabi for undergraduate tax courses and an MBA tax course elective, and model curricula for a Masters of Accounting program with a tax emphasis and a Masters of Science in Taxation.
