The main objective of the Arkansas Unclaimed Property Division is to reunite owners or heirs with their lost or forgotten funds. The goal is to process claims in less than 90 days.
There are two types of payments the Arkansas Unclaimed Property Division will make to holders after they have remitted unclaimed property. The most common type is a reimbursement; the second is a refund.
