Oklahoma State Tax Amnesty will be held September 15, 2008 through November 14, 2008. This is the latest news on the status of that amnesty program.
The legislation authorizing the amnesty program could produce a $34.7 million net increase in state revenues, according to legislators. Previous Oklahoma state tax amnesty programs were conducted in 1984 and 2002.
